Erdomed is a mucolytic and is used to liquefy secretions in acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory system.

The usual dose is 1 capsule 2-3 times a day.
The maximum daily dose is 900 mg erdosteine, divided into 2-3 doses.
Patients with severe hepatic impairment should take half the dose.
The therapeutic effect becomes significant after the third day of treatment.
The average duration of treatment to obtain the full effect is 7 days.
In chronic diseases, erdosteine can be used for a long time.
